Designing Targeted Buyer’s Journeys into Automated HubSpot Email Campaigns
For Vaporox, a medical device company, I developed three tailored buyer’s journeys to engage key audiences: healthcare providers, industry influencers, and patients. Each journey was strategically designed to address the unique needs and decision-making processes of these groups, ensuring personalized and impactful communication across the customer lifecycle into automated email campaigns in HubSpot.

I created detailed buyer’s journeys for three distinct audience segments and crafted customized outreach email series to support each journey. Additionally, I integrated these campaigns into HubSpot, ensuring seamless execution and tracking of the email marketing strategy. Additionally, I supported the creative lead with written assets so they could execute on design direction and branding.
